Cancellation Policy
Terms governing the cancellation of services and engagements with Diversify Management, LLC.
Effective date: September 15, 2026
Engagement Agreement
All services provided by Diversify Management, LLC are governed by a signed engagement letter or service agreement. By executing an engagement letter, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of Services
Either party may cancel or terminate a service engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Written notice may be submitted via email to [email protected]. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written notice is received and acknowledged by Diversify Management, LLC.
Notice Period
For ongoing or retainer-based engagements, a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required prior to cancellation. This notice period allows for an orderly transition, final deliverables, and proper handoff of any financial records or documentation in our possession.
Project-Based Services
For one-time or project-based engagements, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before work has commenced. Once an engagement letter has been signed and work has begun, the project is considered active and the terms of the No-Refund Policy apply.
Outstanding Balances
Cancellation of services does not relieve the client of any outstanding financial obligations. Any unpaid invoices, retainer fees, or amounts due for work already performed remain payable in full upon cancellation.
Return of Client Materials
Upon cancellation, Diversify Management, LLC will make reasonable efforts to return or transfer client-owned financial records, documents, and data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to resolution of any outstanding balances.
Diversify Management's Right to Cancel
Diversify Management, LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, breach of the engagement agreement, or circumstances that make continued service impractical or unethical. In such cases, we will provide written notice and work to ensure a reasonable transition.
