Dana has led many agencies in improving overall service-delivery strategies, operational performance, employee development, financial management, grievance processes, and headway management. Furthermore, Dana has eliminated organizational silos, built effective and efficient teams, created focus groups, developed succession planning programs, and implemented diversity networking groups.
As the Chief negotiator for Agencies, Dana has been instrumental in negotiating labor contracts with the local union employees. Dana is a transformative leader, she works with employees by ensuring working conditions are maintained, and employee concerns are addressed without additional or significant cost to the Agency.
